Other Ways to Register Print E-mail

If you are unable to use the online application:

 CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD A PDF of the Application. Print the entire thing, read it carefully, fill in the blanks, get the required signature, find envelopes, make copies,  and mail it in by the deadline (are you sure you wouldn't rather just do it online?).

    Directors, Stage Managers & Theatre Managers: 11/1/10
    Acting and Design:  11/22/10
    A late fee will be added to applications submitted between 11/23/10 and 12/6/10
    Applications will not be accepted after 12/6/10
