SHOWCASE CALENDAR

Each spring, scores of theatre programs produce showcases across the country to present their recent graduates to agents, casting directors, producers, and professional theatres. It’s an important tool for both the training programs and the industry professionals involved. However, the number of presentations can become difficult to track, and impossible to schedule without conflicts.

The URTA Showcase Calendar provides an all-in-one listing for agents, casting directors, and producers so they can better plan their schedule and attend as many events as possible. You can list your event, free of charge! The calendar is open to MFA programs as well as undergraduate programs, whether in performance or design.

URTA Virtual Showcase

As many schools continue to offer virtual or hybrid showcases in 2024, URTA has created a Virtual Showcase page to provide an opportunity for schools to share their digital showcases and celebrate the work of their graduates. The page also serves as a resource for industry professionals to access the digital showcases of actors and designers from dozens of programs in one easy-to-navigate place.
